Candidates should have

1.  pass G.C.E.(O/L) and 2 year experience in relevant field
2.  pass G.C.E.(A/L) and 1 year experience in relevant field
3.  Any other Qualification of deciding in governing council

Diploma holders after their job training would obtain employment opportunities as management trainees, management assistants, assistant manager (sales/human resource handling/, Business operations, ware house manager/, procurement handler/etc. in business administration or any specific functional area.
